Dr walker is a former pcp of mine from Pendleton, Oregon, he rushed appointments consistently and didn't take any of my concerns into serious consideration the entire time he practiced out of Pendleton. He is good at what he knows but simply skims over mental health concerns and their interactions with health. I would not reccomend him to anyone is less than absolutely perfect health.
OMG, AN AMAZING MAN! I explained my symptoms, & he went to work on me! He is a very excellent listener, & I ENJOYED EVERY BIT OF HIS CHIT CHAT, & POLITICAL VIEWS! He is a rare gem! Glad I found him!
Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but he was not the cheery man I expected from his video. I did not get much sense of reassurance over my concerns or felt like he hit on the 3 aspects of care he claims to promote. Zero chit chat, & a bit rough to be honest. So I hope this was just a fluke. He carried out his duties as a physician, & was done in under 10 mins.
Dr Walker has been my primary care physician for close to 25 years. Only Dr. I have completely trusted. Very sad to see him leave.
Hello, I had a very positive experience with Dr. Walker in the walk-in clinic today. Within minutes of hearing my medical history and exam, Dr. Kent Walker had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. I've seen the same doctor twice, with the same symptoms, over the last week and a half and did not get any relief. Started the medications he prescribed right away and I'm already feeling better than I have in awhile. Thanks for helping me feel better, Dr. Kent!
I've been seeing Dr. Walker for the past two years. He is pleasant and engaging to a fault. The office visits have generally been about 5 - 10 minutes on medicine and an equal amount of time devoted to chit chat. He shares his political views and is not domineering, but I could not care less about his political views or any other political views. I and my insurance company pay him for his medical opinion, not his personal opinions on life in general.
Very knowledgable, not afraid to take a few minutes and chat.
