I’ve been seeing Dr Kent for nearly 1 year now and he has been kind, compassionate and totally professional in helping me some daunting medical issues. Upside - he does not rush you, is totally thorough Downside- he does not watch the clock and so you need to realise he could most likely be running late, so phone ahead to find out how he is travelling for time.
Dr Kent and Dr Wilson are wonderful. But receptionist Kathy with this lying saying there is an emergency every appointment/behind so that elderly patients have to wait hours on end every appointment is not acceptable. Incompetent and lacking duty of care. Family members of these elderly are aware and will act if needed. Be accountable Kathy.
One rude receptionist and doctor Kent seems to have no empathy. All remorse for his bad actions
Cathie one of the head receptionists is extremely unprofessional and rude to allot of patients including people with severe mental health disorders, I can't even count the amount of times she has caused my partner to be a danger to herself due to how rude she has been. It's not to everyone either, she's kind to the elderly and picks and chooses who she wants to me nice to.
