We put a deposit of 650.00 and had to cancel due to health reasons,he would not give anything back to us and 375.00 of the bill we paid was for delivery charges that never had to do, I would not recommend him to anyone we gave 3 weeks notice
We had a lovely tent, chairs and tables for a wedding shower. The set up crew was amazingly organized and quick to install. Pick up was arranged and cleaned up the next day. The chairs and tables were clean and in excellent condition.
We booked with Kent Tent 1.5 years in advance of our wedding. Two months prior to our event, we reached out to finalize plans -- absolutely no response. We reached out by email and phone many, many times. We left countless phone and voice messages. We were forced to search frantically for another tent provider at the last minute. Kent Tent came through for us while we were doing a last minute wedding plan. We called them on Wednesday, we had chairs delivered to us on Friday. The guests complimented them on style and comfort. And the price was more than fair. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you're planning an outdoor event.
