While this clinic’s staff is very friendly, the policies in place make zero sense and are completely unethical. They are booked out 6-9 months for appointments and will not refill medications without being seen. In turn, you are expected to go without vital medicine until they can see you? I’ve never heard of this in 8 years in the medical field myself. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else that actually cares enough about their patients to implement a work around in these scenarios.
I have met a lot of terrible doctors visiting clinics and hospitals in Washington state until I met Dr R Kopicki in the Valley medical primary Care at kent station. She is so good at what she does. She takes time and listen to your issues and treat you with care. she is very professional, easy going and welcoming, she is superb. If you need a good doctor I highly recommend Dr Kopicki.
Wouldn't recommend them-they don't answer their phones and seemingly no idea what HIPAA means
My PCP at this clinic is Dr. Cindy Sheih, and she's probably the best I've ever had! Very attentive and never casts any doubt on your concerns or requests, in general just very supportive and pleasant to speak with
