Plenty of equipment, and the pool and hot tub are good. They also offer a dry suana. They have classes and also can teach you to use the equipment individually. There are requesting ball courts, a climbing wall, an indoor track, and basketball courts that can be used for badminton.
The 4-lane (2 for walking and 2 for running) 1/7 mile track on the top floor overlooks the entire center, including 3 courts and 35-foot climbing wall, is amazing. The walking/running track's flooring offers shock resistance, and the many windows offers the feeling of being outside among the clouds. As a hiker, this is a great place to get my steps in and strength train but still feel like I'm on a open trail heading on my next adventure.
