I have never used a storage facility before so had absolutely no idea what to expect or how it worked so I was a bit nervous but what a brilliant service I received! Lisa is really helpful, she listened to me, understood immediately what I needed and showed me how it all worked in a friendly, unhurried way. We have used this storage facility for many years and always find it clean n tidy and the staff listen to our needs and find a way to assist. There is somewhere to make a drink and sit down for a break if you there in office hours too. Some storage places in Ashford cant offer this simple courtesy. The 24hr access is a real advantage too. Ive not yet heard anyone complain about the level of service here its Rolls Royce level!¬¬

I needed a storage unit immediately to store my belongings and came across Storage King - Ashford. I decided to head over and see if I could get a unit, and the lovely ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, quick, thorough, understanding, and very pleasant to talk to. The process was very easy. If you’re not in a rush like I was, I’d suggest looking into the deals they offer, as they have great discounted rates available. Incredibly helpful staff, convenient 24/7 access to storage units and felt confident my storage unit was safe and secure. Would definitely dare comment to anyone!
