I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years sadly to say Dr Kent has retired but the new doctor that took his place she is awesome. I could never think Dr Kent for putting somebody in place I was skeptical about going back to this clinic, but I am more than satisfied. She is a wonderful person took very good care of me and took the time to talk to me on top of that. Went in Monday for blood work. Called Thursday to see if they had my results back and the did but the doctor still needed to review them and they would call Friday. Called Friday to see if my results were ready and they said the doctor still needed to review them and would call me by the end of today. Well here we are at 5:30pm and still no phone call. Super sad after going to dr Kent for 20 years and him retiring. now the office tells me they don’t have my record in the system even tho I was there 2 months ago. The office staff has no clue what’s going on and are completely rude. My heart goes out to all the patients who are just a sadden and devastated and frustrated as my family and I.
