I have mixed feelings about Kent and my removals experience. Jordan who did my quote was fantastic at the house, very competitive with pricing and had some great suggestions for packing etc. After agreeing to go with Kent - the admin in the middle left a lot to be desired. I was being provided port-a-robes and boxes by Kent. I started making calls to arrange their collection approx 2 weeks before move date. They handled my kiln and pottery wheel with great care to ensure their functionality was preserved.
