Nathan and the team recently looked after our relocation from Canberra to Adelaide. We had some late changes due to circumstances and the team were able to cater for these changes and adapt, which was much appreciated. The team that did the pickup and dropoff were extremely friendly. We did have an issue with damage to one of the TVs, but this was resolved and we weren’t charged excess due to the TVs not being boxed correctly, so the resolution to the issue was great. Absolute worst removalists Ive ever dealt with dont use this company.. Today they were meant to collect our things from Adelaide to move to brisbane.. Two verry slack removalists showed up and refused to take our belongings as their office screwed up the paperwork..they literrally picked up 5 or so items that were on their list and refused to take our stuff.. so 5 items $3000.. now they are trying to milk even more money out of us to come collect the rest.. they have wrecked the entire move.. Most unprofessional mob ive ever... read more

The Darwin Kent team Tim, Shannon, Peggy and Jerico and Kathryn Moll in the customer service centre Melbourne were AWESOME!!! They made the move such a breeze, took all the hassle and stress out of it ...I HIGHLY!!!! recommend Kent Removals 10 out of 10...
