My experience here was AMAZING. I was calling around everywhere from Tacoma trying to find a place to get my nexplanon removed soon, but everywhere was booked out for at least a month. When I called here, they got me in the next day. The staff was all SO friendly, one of the friendliest places I’ve been. Karen at the front desk was wonderful, and so were the 2 nurses who took care of me! Would highly recommend, I felt very comfortable there as well!
Staff is not respectful to the point of them being rude
Just saw a video on YouTube, the lady who did not identify herself but is obviously a manager of some sort is very rude, condescending, and knows nothing about the Constitution of the United States specifically the first amendment, she needs to be replaced
Clearly have an amazing amount of disdain for the public and their job. I would be specific on the personnel, but absolutely refused to identify who they were. In general it was the front desk and manager, these women were by far some of the worst public facing people you could have the displeasure of dealing with. I'm not about making people lose their jobs but at this point I don't see any other remedy to removing the cancer that is these women/people.
