Just saw a video on YouTube, the lady who did not identify herself but is obviously a manager of some sort is very rude, condescending, and knows nothing about the Constitution of the United States specifically the first amendment, she needs to be replaced

Clearly have an amazing amount of disdain for the public and their job. I would be specific on the personnel, but absolutely refused to identify who they were. In general it was the front desk and manager, these women were by far some of the worst public facing people you could have the displeasure of dealing with. I'm not about making people lose their jobs but at this point I don't see any other remedy to removing the cancer that is these women/people.

I had nothing but an outstandingly human and professional health care experience here. Since the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist had a great attitude that made me feel safe and invited to this place.
