Dr Long was great, this would be a 5 star if it weren’t for their billing and medical record release practices. They REFUSED to send my records to my specialist because I had yet to pay my copay. I’m thankful I HAD NOT bc they were attempting to charge me TWO copays for ONE visit; which providers usually bill the patient and not hold their medical records hostage for. I have been going for 4 years, my therapist, Mitch, saved my life during the pandemic. They've also helped me grow so much as a person, I feel lighter and in the best place I've ever been. Very kind, judgment free atmosphere, the front desk staff welcome you with open arms. Would always recommend!
I highly recommend Kara Leach as a therapist. I am very grateful to have her as mine. You can tell she truly cares. She is caring, kind and compassionate and has helped me get through some very difficult times.
