Over the past year, Bob has been helping us remedy some very poor installation work done by another local company on our custom new construction home. Bob is very knowledgeable and has been invaluable in getting us through this. We have had no issues with responsiveness; we have always received timely calls back and he has always shown up for scheduled appointments.

Bob and the team at Kent Plumbing are fantastic. I have an older home with older home issues. Kent Plumbing has been incredibly responsive on several occasions now and their pricing is fair and their communication is thorough. I will definitely continue to trust and use them.

Like the previous reviewer communication has been absolutely non-existent. I have a minor issue that needs to be fixed. Someone came out and said they just needed to order a part and the receptionist would be in touch to schedule the repair. A week went by, I called and receptionist said “I’m not sure what’s going on with the part” and that was it. Another week went by and I called again. Same tune “not sure where the part it”.
