This doctor performed my second sinus surgery, but my symptoms never improved. Instead of exploring why I was still having ongoing issues, I was told my BMI was the primary factor and this was documented in my medical records as well. While BMI can contribute to overall health, I felt my history of a deviated septum and chronic allergies were not fully taken into account. I ultimately felt embarrassed and dismissed, so I did not return for further care.
