Gabe was friendly and professional. He did a great job at explaining the problem and fixing it. Thanks to Gabe, we have drawers that stay closed.
We purchased our home with the Kent Moore cabinets already installed. They are beautiful cabinets but the custom paint job was lacking in some areas. I have attempted to reach out through their website, and left pictures asking for recommendations, with no reply. I’ve attempted to call also, but no one answers. We just want to find out if they have a paint we can purchase to help with touching up.
Not sure I could recommend these cabinets. I assumed they were high end and we put them in our custom home a year ago. I've had several 1 year warranty claims done through my home builder for the ones installed under my gas range, and I assumed it was an isolated incident, specially since these store the bulk of my dishes and they are heavy, however, even one which has held nothing but lightweight plastic bags has had failing bearings coming off the tracks.
