Sometimes “stuff” happens. When we moved into our new home a few drawers were not quite right. Service Tech Donald Boston came out & was great. Not only fixed our drawers that were a bit off, also fixed a couple trim pieces… & was just a nice man.

We recently moved to the Houston area, and purchased a new home that used Kent Moore cabinets. I would not say the cabinets are over the top, but made fairly well made compared to other builder grade cabinets we came across. After we moved in, we decided to add cabinets in our butler pantry and in the laundry / utility room. After reaching out to Kent Moore, it took forever to schedule a visit (like 4 months), and then and another 4 months to have them made. Nothing but great things to say about Donald our service technician. He was wonderful to work with. He came into my home with shoe covers on so as not to get my floors dirty. He was fast and efficient and got the job done in no time. 5 stars for Donald's customer service!
