Kent helped with the difficult task of selling my mother’s house in Seaford. The process of getting the house ready for sale took a long time and Kent was with us every step of the way. He did a great job of marketing and got us the beat price for our home. After the contract was signed, Kent helped with getting the house ready for closing( removing trash, walking subcontractors through the house when I couldn't be there).
