I was sadly really disappointed with my experience. Customer service was great, but unfortunately they did 2 repairs on my car (totaling almost 3k), couldn’t get my car running and sent me another 4K estimate with no reassurance this would get my car running. I declined & towed it to Mercedes Benz of Fife, only to find out Kent Mercedes Repair had never even programmed the 1st item they replaced. Mercedes of Fife suggested replacing an entirely different part at a fraction of the price. My car is now running. Very disappoint... read more
