I lived here for almost two years and loved the place. The units are beautiful and unique, the garage is really convenient especially in the winter, and Orleans is always responsive to maintenance requests. The neighborhood is also so walkable and convenient! Fairfield Ave restaurants & shops and Bellevue Beach park are just a couple blocks away, Kroger is right around the corner, and OTR nightlife is a $10 uber away max. Overall a wonderful place to live and I really enjoyed my time here!
This place is extremely unprofessional. I’ve tried to schedule a viewing of a unit since June. The property posts a listing and never responds to any of the inquiries. They never answer the phone or return calls when leaving a message. Someone finally reached back out to me via Zillow on Friday and asked if I was available for a viewing on Monday. Urban living in NKY! Kent Lofts offers industrial style apartments with large windows that bring in tons of natural light. This building is huge and feels very safe. Garage parking and package area is very convenient. Maintenance is very quick to respond if you have an issue. Check it out if you want low maintenance living just across the river from downtown Cincinnati.
Living at Kent Lofts was a great experience from move in. They were so helpful in coordinating move-in with use of the freight elevator so not to disrupt other tenants. Loved the true loft style of this converted warehouse with large windows providing great light, and really appreciated the amenities -- the common outdoor space and the spacious workout facilities. The location close to Bellevue, Newport and short trip to downtown Cincinnati made Kent Lofts a great place to call home.
