I came in last minute as my wife and I decided to elope earlier than we expected. I brought in a wedding band that I wanted resized for myself. Not only did they get this done in the timeline I needed but they also polished up my other rings while I waited. Carrie also went the extra step to put my wife’s band in a ring box. This was my first experience at a real jeweler but I was blown away by the customer service. I will definitely be back.
I had a pendant that needed to be reattached to a chain with a new jump ring. I was able to walk in and out within 30 minutes! Kind staff, quality craftsmanship, reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Kent for any jewelry repairs. Their retail selection was beautiful, too.
I can’t thank the ladies at Kent enough! They truly went above and beyond to help me salvage a precious ring I thought I had accidentally ruined. I was anticipating needing to buy a new stone but they were able to work their magic and clean the original. It truly looks better than ever and they didn’t charge me a penny. My boyfriend and I recently stopped into Kent Jewelry to get a few links taken out of his watch, and they were so kind and helpful—they didn’t even charge us! I’ve been in a couple of times before that to have pieces cleaned and repaired, and each time the service has been excellent. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and really takes care of their customers. Highly recommend!
The personnel at Kent Jewelry is always friendly and professional. They are good about repairs and always offer to clean your rings! They have items for sale but also will fabricate a design of your choice.
