Everyone at Kent jewelers is so welcoming and friendly! They are very professional and know their business well. I took my wedding and engagement set in to have them check the prongs. Thank goodness I did because one of the prongs was extremely thin. Had I waited longer I may have lost my diamond. They were able to build up the prongs and clean my ring at a very affordable price. I highly recommend them!

Shoping in Kirkwood today, just happened to stop in a jewelry store by the name of Kent and my surprise, how professional they were, how kindly everybody treated me and what a great selection of jewelry they had, wow, can't wait to go back.
I came in last minute as my wife and I decided to elope earlier than we expected. I brought in a wedding band that I wanted resized for myself. Not only did they get this done in the timeline I needed but they also polished up my other rings while I waited. Carrie also went the extra step to put my wife’s band in a ring box. This was my first experience at a real jeweler but I was blown away by the customer service. I will definitely be back.
I had a pendant that needed to be reattached to a chain with a new jump ring. I was able to walk in and out within 30 minutes! Kind staff, quality craftsmanship, reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Kent for any jewelry repairs. Their retail selection was beautiful, too.
