I had an appointment with Dr. Kessler in March, after the pandemic started and fully excepted the appointment to be cancelled due to the orders from the Governor to cease all non-emergent medical practices. Dr. Kessler did not cancel, he kept my appointment and when I arrived he told me we would need to reschedule due to the Governors orders.
