I get my car washed here at least once a month... They never do a great job vacuuming. Today, I went to get my car washed but wanted to vacuum on my own first. I went in to get some ones from the cashier (also the owner/manager). He was immediately irritated and said "nah man! The CITGO is right down the street. You can get ones there." 90% of their services require change. Not having ones for your customers to utilize your service is stupid. Treating your customers like they're a burden is even more stupid. Slow & hike their rates up right after a snow fall. Also, more importantly some services are a gimmick such as under carriage wash after a snow storm. They also don't clean the wheels, console area or sits too well.. and that is just a simple wipe and use of vacuum. amazing.. very disappointed at the recent service. Will have to try the one a right further on kent island.

I've been to this carwash twice. The first time, when they were finished, the interior of my car smelled like mildew. I contacted the manager about it and was given a brush off. He stated that they wash their tags each day so the smell couldn't be from the car wash. I went again yesterday to give a second try: they barely touched the truck interior.
