Called here to get a quote about home insurance. Told her I was interested in starting a policy with safeco. And was interrogated by an insurance agent I think her name was Katy I believe safeco doesn’t need to use her as an agency for them. She’s rude talking over me!! Assuming she knows what I did to get a quote!! Rude!! No customer service skills!! No empathy towards her potential customer!! Thank goodness she’s not the only one who sales safeco ins!!
