Kent Housing has incredibly low pricing for rent with all the main utilities included! For the price, you can't go wrong. Things are a little outdated, but nothing was run down and I was well taken care of while living here. Someone would come to fix things the day of or the next day when asked. The landlord is incredibly kind.

Very Racist . The receptionist guy is very rude. He talk very sweetly when you go first and lease the apt. later when you start staying there he will show his real nature. I stayed there for 2 years. They do not return your security deposit when though you don't do anything wrong in the apartment. They do not care about you they just care about money. Money matters to them than welfare. I would suggest not to lease an apartment there. Very Poor !! Stay away from kent housing.

Kent housing is one of the bad choice i did so far. The management is so poor and the manger/owner is very rude. They are racist. The are very rude to you and try to charge you more money if you are an international student. Don't choose kent housing.

Kent Housing is one of the best apartments I have lived in for my college career. They are so nice and welcoming. They take care of anything needed to be done in the apartment. They are very nice people and help out in any way possible. I lived with them for 2 years and loved it very much. Rent is very affordable.
