The team at Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc have been servicing both my fuel oil boiler and my Heat Pump/AC/etc. for a few years. Overall have been very happy with what they have done - both when they have done normal yearly service as well as when there have been issues with my system. Would definitely recommend them to others.
This is probably the best HVAC company with which you could do business. The crews that come out are great guys, the owners even still do the work, they are reliable, personable, their integrity and dedication show in everything they do. They make sure their crews can live up their standards. It's not likely any other company will ever touch my systems again.
Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. have been very good in all our contacts with them. Replaced a unit and have done preventive maintenance every every year. Good customer service when calling the office, and the techs are very capable, professional, and respectful when working in the house. I trust them, don't have to worry about our heating and air, and know they will be there when I need them.
Very happy with Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Showed up early and had our AC back up and firing within a half hour. Super nice guy, answered all our questions. Will be using Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. again and would highly recommend to all others.
