I needed to have glass replaced in a garage window. Called Kent Glass in Clarksville, TN around the middle of July and they said it would be about two weeks before they could come out to schedule me for an appointment. I said that would be fine and the lady that answered the phone put in a work order. I called after the two weeks and the girl that answered said she would check with someone there to find out why they hadn't responded. Still no answer.
