Tom was originally hired to complete a full re-wire for a 4 bed house. We were quoted a set fee for the entire job based on a very detailed electric plan which was provided on day 1. PROBLEM 1 — MONEY Our initial meeting was positive and Tom worked hard during the initial 3-day phase with a sub-contractor and their two apprentices.
