your employee Harry creates a hostile environments for your patients. Please address asap.
I am by very disappointment and sad to say will not be coming back or perusing any services from this clinic. My multiple interaction with staff Harry has been the most unprofessional I have ever had. Very hostile and unable to help answer any question , even to schedule apt is like pulling a tooth . Everything I have asked to address this problem with manager he had run me off the phone and has not been allowing me talk to a manager.
