Friends lost their home 2 months ago and they have been ghosted by their agent…still no answers, no movement on resolution, company is dragging their feet horribly creating even more stress. If there was a zero star option, that’s what they would get
Absolute worst insurance company to deal with. Not only will you get low balled on your vehicle but the communication is rude and childish
I sold my farm on march 12 2026. Cancelation papers signed in February of 2026. They still continued to take out march April and may insurance so far. I would never recommend this company. They ghost calls and just dont care about there customers.
Very disappointed in this company. I got a quote from my broker from Kent and Essex, and I was happy with the quote so I said let’s go ahead, I signed and got my liability slip. After I signed they decided to raise my insurance by $100 a month, and said if I cancel I have to pay a $300 penalty since I already signed. So now I’m paying $350 a month insurance on a 10 year old truck not even worth 10k. I set a reminder in my phone for a year from now will be canceling my policy the day it comes up.
