Very disappointed in this company. I got a quote from my broker from Kent and Essex, and I was happy with the quote so I said let’s go ahead, I signed and got my liability slip. After I signed they decided to raise my insurance by $100 a month, and said if I cancel I have to pay a $300 penalty since I already signed. So now I’m paying $350 a month insurance on a 10 year old truck not even worth 10k. I set a reminder in my phone for a year from now will be canceling my policy the day it comes up.
I Recently had an accident and Lori McConnell, the physical damage auto adjuster, handled my claim. I have to say that from start to finish my claim was handled in the most professional and courteous manner. Lori kept in touch with me constantly in regards to the status of my claim. From the first day I spoke with her till the day I picked up my repaired automobile took less than a week.
