I recently purchased a Hustler Dash Zero turn mower. They were awesome in helping me make the best purchase for my needs. All associates were friendly and professional. I purchased the mower in the morning and it was at my house delivered by afternoon. I highly recommend Kent Equipment.
Purchased a chainsaw, later had them sharpen the chain, never did that job. Went back to service for adjustment on oil and chain sharpening again, was told that it was done.... service tech didn’t know if the chain oil was adjustable -And it wasn’t resharpened again! NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE... EVER
Put customers first! Call back when you say you will, keep your word. That would go a long way.
A year and a half ago my RTVX 1120D was there for 50 hour service. Kent’s mechanics managed to cross thread 3 out of 9 bolts on the skid plates under the engine. Stopped there to buy filters and oil for my 200 hour service. Gave them the exact model of my machine. Out of the three oil filters on the machine total, the parts department managed to sell me two wrong filters. I’m getting really sick of fixing their mistakes.
