The guy who answered the phone was super friendly and WILDLY knowledgeable about issues. Over the phone he was able to tell me exactly what was going on, exactly what to look for if I was worried, and in the end didn't charge me a cent. He was absolutely correct that I didn't have an issue and I was really impressed by his ability to diagnose that accurately and for free. Thanks so much, dude!

He showed up early the next morning for the assessment and started working on it. The boiler had old pieces that needed replacement so he stepped out to purchase the ones specific to mine and had other common ones at the ready in his truck. He and a teammate worked efficiently and diligently -- and even snake drained my tub while they were at it -- and got the job done in one straight sitting.
