They loading with closed doors and you can’t check the load, because they close your doors and set iron seal I put 3 straps in trailer, but they didn’t secure the load, if you drive in mountains it is not safe if load shifted
I can’t speak for every destination, but every load I’ve taken to Burner Foods on Baxter Road in Rockford has been unsecured. They require you to back in with the trailer doors closed, then seal it from the inside. I first noticed this a couple years ago when I opened the vent door and checked the load myself. When I reported it, the staff acted surprised that I even knew. Check in, hours are from 0700 to 1500hrs ONLY. Do not open your doors they will do it. Nice woman in office will assign you a door will take about 2 hours to load you. Once you have a green light, roll back to the office for your bills. Why 4 stars instead of 5? They got my trailer stuck! While funny, after a while it became very worrisome. Keep in mind they load it. So if they decide not to use your load locks or straps, it is on them. Sign your bills "shipper load and count" sign your name and date it. Roll on driver!
