Max (supervisor) what you need to know is that your kids are at home you need to treat these men and women like they are grown adults. Slavery days are over. This is not a plantation.
One of the worst companies i ever worked at. I don't recommend working there if you are colored. From the owners down to 2 supervisors mike and max gives racist energy. Max talks to employees as if they're kids. Company watches your every move on camera as well
Horrible management it’s a new manger named max who threatened me that if I don’t come at him with a better tone he’ll show me the real him all I ask why the time clock is 1 min it’s 428 on my phone but there click is 430 and I haven’t been getting payed for my none of my over time in the three months I’ve worked they gave me a 25 gift card and told me it was my problem I’ve starting 15 min early for three months They watch u on camera all day blame u for work they messed up pay low it’s a 12 person line me and another guy l... read more
Working under the supervision of Max has been quite frustrating. It seems like he has double standards when it comes to enforcing rules. While he allows everyone else to stand around and talk, he singled me out for doing the same. Not only that, but when a spillage of gas occurred, I was immediately blamed for it despite my insistence that it wasn't me.
