I would give a negative or 0 star review if I could. Stefan stole a significant item of value when I trusted him, after working out a trade for shipping said bikes, extorted me for cash on top of that, and 3+ weeks later has still not packed or shipped my bikes and provided a tracking number. Go somewhere, anywhere else if you need your bike worked on, or shipped. The owners there are great. So sweet and helpful. I stopped in today early to try to get some help for my new road ebike. And they didn’t hesitate to adjust what was needed. They put a rear rack and basket on for me and had me ready to go within a reasonable wait time. Support your local businesses!!! 🫶
