Solid service and great staff! Sometimes it's intimidating going into a LBS you haven't been to before, but everyone here is kind and extremely knowledgable. My bike was ready in the exact timeframe they gave and when I picked it up they were happy to chat about the work that was done, the possibility of upgrades in the future, and even pointed out a few things about the bike that were never mentioned or disclosed by the original shop that built it for me. What fantastic service! I rode bikes a lot as a kid, but I haven't written a bike in decades. I ordered an ebike from them and within a week it had arrived, they assembled it and instructed me on how it works. They must have spent 30 minutes with me to make sure I understood all the features, sent me on a test drive and made a bunch of helpful suggestions. I never felt rushed. This place is great ! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The bike mechanic took the time to repair my bike with detail! The shop also has a wide variety of shapes , styles, and sizes of bikes.
