We celebrated my only son’s birthday at this place, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the beginning to the end of the event, the staff treated us poorly and created a stressful atmosphere. We recently held a birthday party at Kent Commons Community Center and were extremely disappointed with the experience. While the facility itself was decent, the behavior of the staff completely ruined our day. They were unprofessional and unnecessarily rude throughout the event.
