What a great experience getting my car fixed here. They went above and beyond working with the insurance company leaving a stress free experience. If you have a Tesla or any vehicle, certainly consider brining it here to get fixed. These people are awesome.
The staff are all that I met were always professional and cordial. They were very service oriented. I met Derek for the estimate. He was friendly. When I picked up my Beast, it was detailed, very clean inside and out. If they keep doing such good work, they will continue to grow and spread their goodwill in a difficult and competitive business space. They are an authorized Tesla Cybertruck repair shop. Their work was excellent!
Alexie @ Kent Collision Center was very helpful during the entire process, right from our first call to them, thru' the weekly updates. She worked well with our Auto Insurance company as well as with Tesla Parts Supply and got the car back on the road on time. I would highly recommend them for any Tesla work. They were also able to accept the car on the first day I called, and have it in their secure lot, across the street, which was an added help for us. Thank you, Lexie, Derek, Rick and the team @ Kent Collision.
They did every thing could to get me back in my car and ended up making it look like it did before my accident
