Absolutely an amazing experience. Being without your vehicle is stressful enough however the staff kept me updated, were super professional from reception to car pick up and honestly, I think my trunk opens better than it did pre accident!! We took our Tesla y here to get repaired after being rear ended (in central Washington). Kent collision staff (especially Alexi) were WONDERFUL and HELPFUL repairing our car and helping us! Alexi even came in on her day off so we could pick up our car. We especially appreciated the delicious jam! They took very good care of our car and us. Thank you everyone at Kent Collision!
I had a great experience with Kent Collision Center. Their team was professional, communicative, and completed the repairs on time as promised. The quality of work was excellent, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I appreciated their attention to detail and customer service throughout the repair.
I was very hesitate to come here as at the time, there were no reviews for Tesla's being repaired here. I've had a very poor experience another Tesla certified repair shop that was rated 4.9 stars. I had also gone and got another estimate from another 5star review shop on the Eastside.
