Took my 2024 Model 3 in for repairs here after someone rear-ended me. Staff was very friendly and was always available by phone. I was able to bring in the car for an initial estimate within 24 hours, with final repairs (rear bumper replacement) being completed within about 2 weeks mostly due to waiting on parts to arrive. They also let me pick up my car on the weekend, even though they're technically only open for business on the weekdays. Would highly recommend this Tesla certified body shop.
Excellent shop and Tesla Certified! I had an exceptional experience with them. They communicate with text and emails during the entire process. Tracie goes to bat with the at fault insurance company. If I have any future needs for my Tesla these guys will always get my business
I had a great experience with this collision repair shop. Dwayne and Derek were outstanding throughout the entire process. My insurance claim ended up being very long and complicated, but they stayed professional, patient, and kept me informed every step of the way. Absolutely an amazing experience. Being without your vehicle is stressful enough however the staff kept me updated, were super professional from reception to car pick up and honestly, I think my trunk opens better than it did pre accident!!
