Kent City Parts Plus is awesome. I broke down near there on July 10th and the young man working was awesome. He was the only one working but spent time helping me get my car on the road so I didn’t have to have it towed. He did this while keeping up with other customers and having a great attitude the entire time. If he didn’t already know you by name when you got there, he definitely knew your name when you left. I love this parts store, I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is great, very nice and full of knowledge. This is the only parts store I use and for good reason. Like today, 800 miles from home and the gf car breaks down. I called and spoke with Becky who went right to work on what it could be. Determined it was an alternator so i had my friend pick up the part and drove to where her car was and replaced it. A battery light came on so i spoke to becky again. She said bring it in. I wish I could leave 10 stars because this place is the best part store I've ever been to. Better than any AutoZone, Advanced Auto. The ladies who work there go above and beyond to make their customers happy.
