College Towers- 1800 Rhodes rd needs to be SHUT DOWN. The residents pile TRASH in the hallways giving residents roaches and mice I have brought it to managements attention and it goes in one ear and out the other telling me it’s an old building and it’s been this way… I have had jewelry gone missing when maintenance has came to “fix” a maintenance issue, the hot water has not been working since 12/23 I have told them to no avail. There is no doorway sign on the ground floor and the entrance sign read West entrance. The service was good but navigating to find the office was not labeled clearly.
Reported a restaurant that I was in that had 58 health code violations. Kent health department did the inspection and only found 3 things wrong which is HIGHLY doubtful. I’m sorry, what? Conflict of interest perhaps? Feel like reporting your department to the state to allow such a disgusting establishment to continue serving food knowing they’re cross contaminating everything, serving food that’s not at a safe temp, and doesn’t have a properly working dish machine. They cashed a check for 2 birth certificates for our newborn. When I brought it to their attention that we never recieved them. They said that all sales are final and they will not be resenting them. They said we can pay a other $50 so that they can do it again..The manager also said that "morally she feels okay with charging new parents $100 for services that weren't completed the 1st time".. she also shifted blame to us by saying that "we should have just picked the birth certificates up instead of using the mail"
Excellent service and neatly place. The people working there are pleasant and welcoming.
