They are open to the public! I was greeted as soon as i entered the building. They offered and provided exceptional assistance. I went in looking for a filet knife. The selection is superb. They have so many different butchering related items to look at. I ended up purchasing an 8" Victronix (Swiss Army brand) filet knife for a very reasonable price. I most definitely will be returning.
