I would HIGHLY recommend this store and staff. Online ordering is absolutely an awesome experience. My delivery was delayed due to weather and they actually sent me an email and let me know. The delivery personnel were extremely friendly and cooperative. Again, I highly recommend shopping in store or online with Kent!!

While I like the fact that this store provides another source of building supplies and provides some competition for Home Depot, their Air Miles policies suck. Purchased several items back in September, including 2 sample pieces of vinyl flooring (which they charged me $10 deposit). When I returned the 2 pieces of flooring to get my deposit back, they took 108 cash Air Miles from my account.
