I went in to buy a couple yard tools that were advertised on sale and also were showing counts of over 10 each. A visit which should have taken about 5 min. took over 30min. It took 3 employees to locate the items, that had NOT been placed on tge selling floor yet even though they were on sale. Personally I feel the department manager should be held accountable as well as CONFIRM items on sale if truly in stock, are placed where they should be BEFORE the day of sale begins. My parents bought patio furniture back in March. It was a Mother’s Day gift for my Mom, so they asked it if could be delivered a day before Mother’s Day, and the employee agreed. Two weeks ago an employee called my father and asked if they could deliver the patio set earlier, and informed him that they sold the original set that they already BOUGHT.
