They never have more then one cash open (none of the times I've been there) and there is always a lineup. Othere then that, its a great store.
Generally kent is good but they have problems with communications and processes. A few weeks ago I placed an order online for pickup. Never did get a notification that it was ready for pickup and had to call about the order. I was told it was ready to be picked up and i proceeded to go to the store. At first they couldn't find the order paperwork or even the order number I gave them. I was there waiting for 20 mins!!!!!!!! Today I went to Mount Pearl to pick up patio stones. Avoid using Kent for any home projects or installation services. Unprofessional and unskilled contractors, dishonest project managers and terrible results. Very poor experience. Had to hire other contractors to fix their work. Save yourself the headaches!
Highly advise against using Kent for any home renovation work. Unprofessional contractors, sloppy work and highly overpriced. Very poor experience.
