I have been a loyal customer at this store since it opened. However, they have a phone number listed but will NOT answer the phone. I now spend my money at HIckey's and Home Depot where customer service includes helping you by phone to determine if they have the item or not before you make the trip. Kent: try answering your phones. It's a great way to help (and keep) your customers.

It can be difficult to find staff for assistance sometimes (not their fault) but they are always friendly and helpful. Good variety too.
Kunt building supplies is where I go when I want to feel bad about the world. How they're unable to purchase quality lumber to sell makes me think about how doom is just around the corner for us all. If a corporation can't be bothered to secure lumber that won't split from the first nail drove in to it, or to even make sure it's straight enough to put in to a wall or deck at 40 or 50 dollars a length, then it makes me think this whole province is on the brink of collapse.
