I have shopped at Kent on the west side many times and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. But, today one lady went above the call of duty to help me. I have been losing my ability to walk, and had to use the electric cart, but I look perfectly healthy to most people. Suzanne approached me to offer assistance, and loaded a cart and took it to the cash, helped to get it rung through, and made sure that someone was paged to take out the cart and load it in my car for me. Selection was okay, it had what I was looking for, atmosphere felt tense.
Good selection of things, and decent prices. I will look into them again for building supplies. I only have gotten little things from there. I have opertunity to go back looking for a metric bolt for our car and found one. Again really good selection from house lighting, to hardware. Helpful people also.
