I had good customer service here. Always normally do at Kent.
So if you order curbside pick up be expected to not only take more time verifying your purchase with customer service but also having to pick your own purchase. I will never do business with Kent's again.
Was in the store today looking for mailboxes. Couldn't find them as hard as i tried, but a nice employee, name on his shirt was Phil, went above and beyond helping me out. Nice to see that kind of customer service in this day and age. Phil helped from start to finish as we were looking for several items and he really bcame our personal guide. Thank you Phil!!
