Was in the store today looking for mailboxes. Couldn't find them as hard as i tried, but a nice employee, name on his shirt was Phil, went above and beyond helping me out. Nice to see that kind of customer service in this day and age. Phil helped from start to finish as we were looking for several items and he really bcame our personal guide. Thank you Phil!!
Had a fabulous experience with the customer service team and Zack, the assistant manager. We had purchased a toilet almost 5 years ago and had misplaced the receipt. After determining the brand and when it was purchased, they had us reach out the company to fulfill the warranty for the tank that cracked. When the company told us to deal directly with the retailer and Kent no longer carried that brand, they still honoured the warranty and replaced the toilet for us. Awesome customer service.
