Staff helped quickly getting the longer items into a special cart and made sure i got everything to cashier before they closed. He even helped loading my stuff.
Extraordinary performance by your staff. Brian, in particular, has been a pleasure to deal with. This time, the team made appear a sale item that was not available in this location within a couple of hours. (shout out to Mike, as well)
Was looking for ready mix concrete and the person at the gate didn’t seem to understand what concrete was. Then I spoke to another individual and he told me “everything you pour is concrete” then sent me on a wild goose chase around the yard following an employee that didn’t have a care in the world and absolutely 0 sense of urgency. Needless to say I ended up at home hardware down the road. If you’re looking for an item. you might as well ask one of the children in the nearby dollarama parking lot.
