This is probably the worst Kent store in the province. Went in recently and they had lawn mowers piled up beside the only open check out register. Literally had to step over lawn mowers just to buy a drill bit. Customer service doesn't exist here. Lumber yard employees just stand around smoking and don't offer help. If you're looking to buy single cigarettes in the lumber yard, go here. If you need actual building materials, skip up the road to Home Depot.
