This store has the worst service I've ever seen! Today I waited almost a hour to order something from the lumber desk. There was one guy working the desk but I counted 6 other employees just walking around while there was a line up of 6 customers at the desk. This really ticks me off! I'm sure one of the managers could've came to the desk to help us customers out. I'm really disappointed. Every time I see Steven, he has a smile on his face and is always a pleasure to talk to. He has helped me many times over the years, and his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile never go unnoticed. On my most recent visit, I was having trouble securing some lumber in the back of my truck. Even though Steven was on his lunch break, he took the time to come over and help me get everything safely strapped down. Horrible Service with the manager Steve at Miramichi NB store. Will never be back to Kents because I ordered 1/4" plywood and was under the assumption for same, when it got to my house it was a little more than 1/8". I was told it was a government issue with the sizing. If they told me it was 1/8" I would not have bought it. Now being charged full price for more plywood to make up the difference.
