Very poor customer service Very messy stores 🤬
I am so disappointed and heartbroken about all the "dead" plants at Kent in Gander. I went to the Garden centre to purchase my yearly herb, tomato and other plants and flowers, but pretty well every single herb and many many other plants, tomato, etc were dead. There were full shelf racks of plants that don't have a chance to revive. There were dried out beyond repair, and lots of flower plants were blown over on the shelves left to die. I couldn’t agree more with the other reviews listed. No one wants to help you or even say hello, and if you get someone, it seems like you are bothering them. Shelf prices don’t match the register, cashiers, check your receipt. They say there is too many to keep up with. Poor excuse. Service desk employees trashing head office when there is no stock to support the weekly flyers, and rain checks that never come or better yet, you find the item on the shelf 2 weeks later??
