Went to Kent Northside because they had the right size blinds in stock but no one qualified to cut. Went to Kent Southside to have them cut and went to customer service to have someone do it. They paged 4 times and no one showed up at the blind aisle or paint desk and not a worker in sight. Waited 20 minutes and left without having the blinds cut. Returned the three sets of blinds and went to Home Depot. It is Sunday, April 6 at 1:15pm.
I was lost in the Plumbing isle then John Paul show up out of no where, I know him form the electrical department, always knowledgeable. He helped me with a tub, shower, vanity and toilet for a new Reno we are doing. Have to say he knows his plumbing too! Always the best service no matter what section he is in a true asset to this store … Thanks Kent you’ve stepped up your game !

I bought a new Energizer Arc 3 300w Power Station. It was advertised as new on the website. When I received this product, it was clearly previously opened. It was missing most of its packaging. The unit it self had scratches and damaged. I went to the store for assistance and they were no help. Under New Brunswick law, it is illegal to sell a used product as new. Section 9(1) of the Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act (C-18.1) in New Brunswick, states that a seller implies a warranty that a consumer product is unused... read more
