Terrible customer service: they never call customers back. Office Manager does not follow-up. Unless you are a contractor that feeds them, they don’t want to talk to you. Very few staff around in the store. Those around don’t know much. Contractors’ desk is often empty and the guy also never calls back. Also wet and warped lumber sits outside all day and they want prime dollar for it. Guy at the booth with glasses is grumpy and doesn’t know how to talk to anyone.
