I bought Krylon spray paint, it SUCKED... spent $30 on two cans... no coverage. Lianne and another lady at customer service treated me like I was trying to do something wrong or sneaky by seeking my money back for a priduct that doesn't work. They wouldn't let me return it, called someone else to tell them my issue... the customer service lady turned her back to me, folded her arms and began whispering to the gentleman who was called up. Came to buy a 2x4 for a project I'm doing for my house, one of the associates named Matt, tried to help though it actually did more damage than help. After asking for help, Matt accidentally bent my car mirror with the requested 2x4 and by that time I just wanted to leave this place.
I purchased the last remaining Husqvarna ride mower and did not realize that the headlight covers were missing. I called the store and Matt immediately took all of my information and called me back the same day saying the vendor will be sending a set soonest. Well they did and Matt even dropped them off to our door! Outstanding service which is rare these days. I will go out of my way to visit Kents in Fredericton North for future purchases and projects. Thank you to Matt!
Went to find a geo cache out back that has plenty of reviews saying they've found it but then someone came over the loud speaker saying it was private property and to move along please and we did but it was really rude, could have come out and asked us what we were doing, and there are no private property signs and no gate stopping you to go through to the back, anyways thanks so much for making us feel embarrassed and showing us how you treat your customers (poorly)
