The manager they got is a miserable woman. Horrible to employees right out in the open in front of everyone which is very unprofessional and she is very condescending to customers. I will not shop here again.
I really liked shopping at the store up until September of 2024. I was talking to a staff member about why the store was on the decline and she said that the new store manager was not suitable for the position. I also looked around for some of the staff members who were extremely helpful to me in the past and I heard that the new store manager terminated most of them. I hope that kent gets their act together because I have no choice to shop at the American competitor.
