I should not have the cab of my truck searched for merchandise after loading 2 2x4s into my truck bed. I also should NOT be asked to provide receipts for random shit all in my back seat, im a contractor, i have random tools, extension cords, random bottles of caulking etc laying in my back seat all the time, you cant even buy these items at kent. Kent Harrisville is a great location. It's easy to get to traffic wise and easy to exit. There is ample parking. Personally, I found customer service at this location to be both excellent and patient. I'm one of those customers that prefers to ask for help versus somebody coming up to me and offering help.
