Do not rely on this location as a FedEx drop off location. I brought my FedEx shipment here, as was suggested when I created my shipping label online. I paid for 2 day shipping, brought my package to the Kent drop off location before the pick up cut-off time, but 2 days later my shipment was still sitting at Kent's customer service desk. I had to retrieve my shipment from Kent and take it to the FedEx Centre up by the airport in order for it to be processed. Always a great place to shop! Friendly staff and great service
The store is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is generally friendly. I observed two types of employees: those who are proactive and willing to assist, and those who appear to wait for others to take action.
Une blague !! Commande passée une semaine avant et une journée de choisie pour recevoir mon matériel en matinée car seul temps disponible pour moi ! Le matin même aucune nouvelle de ma commande, ni de ma livraison ! Je contacte le service client qui me dit que ma livraison sera effectuée l’après midi entre 2hpm et 4hpm.
