Totally disgusted with having my trunk searched before entering the gate to buy two pieces of lumber. This has happened several times. The last trip a lady at thr outside both rooted through personal papers on the seat of my truck? Really???...kent needs to put a large visable sign up...your vehicles will be searched before entering and upon leaving as we know you all are theives!....a large sign would at least allow a customer a chance to take their business elsewhere. Always good
Do not rely on this location as a FedEx drop off location. I brought my FedEx shipment here, as was suggested when I created my shipping label online. I paid for 2 day shipping, brought my package to the Kent drop off location before the pick up cut-off time, but 2 days later my shipment was still sitting at Kent's customer service desk. I had to retrieve my shipment from Kent and take it to the FedEx Centre up by the airport in order for it to be processed.
