They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated throughout my purchase. They provided excellent advice and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Best customer service and advice I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this team and Kent Dieppe Building Supply!

Be cautious. I purchased a grill online from this location and it arrived as an open‑box, damaged unit. We refused delivery, and the driver assured us there would be no charges and provided a return receipt. Later, I discovered my credit card was still charged — and the same grill was put back on the sales floor. If I hadn’t checked my statement, I would have ended up paying twice for one item while the store resold the returned unit. That’s unacceptable and feels like a deliberate double dip.
Terrible service. No staff working, well if they were they were hiding!! I was at the store at 6.00pm and no help. Finally went to customer service and we'll that girl had no idea where anything was, sent me to garden center only to find nobody working there. Back in walked through store, nobody. Overheard customers who were waiting for keys to be cut say they were all on break. This store is very convenient to get in and out, good parking but if you can't staff the store it's no good to go!!
